Fitness at home!

If you’re a beginner junior golfer, you might want to start off slow working out. Start working out 2 to 3 times a week, and then work your way up from there. When working out you want to work your arms, shoulders, and legs, and all of the little things in between.

Always start by stretching before you lift any weights or doing any exercising activities. This way you can prevent yourself from pulling a muscles or hurting yourself.

There are some personal trainer’s out there. That they can actually train you on how the professionals train, in getting a personal trainer it can be very costly for each session. If you don’t have the money to spend on a personal trainer here are some great ways to get yourself in shape.

  • First we will start off working the lower body. You want to do some stretches involving your legs, and knees. I like to start off by doing lunges. Start off slowly, and then when your making progress, continue to go a bit faster. This is a great way to have excellent strength in your lower body.

  • Now we want to work our upper body you will need to grab two small (at least 5 lbs.) dumbbells or something that ways at least 5 lbs. Start off by just lifting them up over your head bringing them down to your chest. This will work your arms, and shoulders and the little stuff in between.

Other things to remember is you will need to have Balance, Control, Flexibility, and Strength.
