Posture

Good posture allows for a great balance in your golf swing. It should be powerful. In static it is before the swing. In dynamic it is during your swing.

Here are some tips:

  • Some flexibility.

  • Stand up straight, keeping your arms relaxed.

  • Slightly bend your waist.

  • Angle your body forward.

  • Flex your knees.

  • Concentrate.

  • And last but not least make sure that your comfortable.

You should keep your balance throughout any swing that you hit. It is especially hard to do when hitting tough shots. Also practice in a side mirror. It will help you see what is right and what is wrong. Just remember to be comfortable and too be relaxed.
